Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies when a customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase  after  order acceptance and acknowledgment from Sunrobotics but  before shipment  of Goods or Execution of services. 

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order  cannot  be canceled. All claims once the item is shipped will be in accordance with our return policy.

To cancel an order you have placed with Sunrobotics you must contact customer support by email at  support@sunrobotics.in or by phone on +9195588 27732 within  2 hours of purchase.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
