How to Use
Start with connecting the TCRT5000 IR Sensor Module to your main controller board for arduino line follower creation. Connect the VCC pin of the sensor module to the 3.3V/5V power supply of your microcontroller, connect the GND pin to the ground, and the OUT pin provides the digital signal output which can be connected to a digital input pin on your controller. Ensure proper alignment for detecting lines accurately on a line follower track. Use the onboard potentiometer to adjust sensitivity according to your setup. Once powered, the onboard LED indicator will provide visual feedback, similar to a live line detector. The LED will turn ON when an object or a marked line is detected under optimal conditions. It's advisable to run initial tests to fine-tune the sensor's reaction to different line characteristics, ensuring optimal performance for your project and efficiency in ir sensor tcrt5000 setups. Use the digitalRead function in your microcontroller to read the high/low state from the sensor and execute appropriate actions in your application code like in an arduino line following robot.
